Reading and Writing Decimals
Group B
1) Place Value Pirates - choose "Play (decimal)"
2) Decimals of the Caribbean - Click the ship that matches the decimal words.
3) Representing, comparing and ordering decimals (use the arrow at the bottom of the window to move from page to page - don't click on the tabs at the top - you will end up skipping parts of the activity)
4) Identifying Decimals - Play both level 1 and level 2.
5) Decimals - thousandths (do 10 problems - keep trying until you get 80% or better)
6) Rags to Riches - Can you make it all the way?
If you finish all of the above websites you may either go back and replay your favorite or you may challenge yourself and try the Group A websites.
Group A
1) Fruit Splat - Try levels 3-6
2) Decimals Questions - Scroll to the bottom and answer all five questions.
3) Puppy Pull - These are challenging because they are worded differently. Think about equivalent fractions. See how well you do!
4) What's Your Point? - Put the decimal in the correct place.
5) Decimal Tank - See if you can extend your decimal skills to fractions!
6) Millionaire - Can you make it to a million?
